Please keep in mind that these are questions that customers regularly ask me, but if YOUR question is not on this list, feel free to reach out to me directly and ask!

1. What makeup services do you offer?
I offer Makeup services for Weddings, Special Events, Photoshoots, Videoshoots, Branding sessions, Makeup Classes, and Personal Makeup Shopping. Makeup Classes can be hosted both in-person and virtually, depending on your preferences. Personal Makeup Shopping is hosted solely virtually.
2. Where are you located?
I am based in Boston, MA and work all over New England.
3. Will you travel for my event?
Yes! Depending on the factors of your needs, fees may apply.
4. I love your work! How do I book you?

5. I have a large group, can you take all of us?
Yes! I limit myself to 6 faces. If your group is larger than 6 people, I bring an assistant to accommodate. A $150 assistant fee will be added onto your bill.
6. How long will my makeup last?
I use professional-grade products that are guaranteed to last the remainder of the day because of proper skin preparation techniques. There are a number of additional factors that result in a long-lasting makeup look. If you have any questions, please ask me directly!
7. I'm not sure if I am allergic to a product or ingredient, or if I have sensitive skin. Can I still have my makeup done?
Yes! We will do a spot test of products to see if your skin has a reaction. This option is listed in my contract and will fully answer this question. I will take you first in the group and spot test any products that you feel you may have a sensitivity to.
**Please be aware that when you sign a Contract or Makeup Service Waiver with Creative Contour by Carla, that you are releasing all employees and associates of CCBC from all liability related to skin conditions, reactions, and the like, as a result of spot tests of any products in the artist's professional makeup kit.**
8. What are your accepted forms of payment?
I accept check and Debit/Credit Card!
